    We offer the following packages although we can tailor a custom package that suits your needs:

    Consultation: This is for clients who need guidance on where to start planning their event. It allows you to sit down with the event planner to discuss your vision, budget and any concerns you may have. We can guide you through every step you need help with.

    Fee for a consultation of up to TWO hours: $85

    Fee for any additional hour during the same consultation: $40

    Flash of style: If you only desire to give elegance and sophistication to your event by adding a touch, a focal point as well as details to amaze your guests (dazzling centerpieces, floral arrangements, ceremony decor) this is the package for you.

    Optional Add-On to Flash of style package: This package could be supplemented with consultation/s to guide you through the planning process and/or the general decor of your event to accomplish a cohesive look with the touch we provide.

    Dazzle:Design and decor of the entire event.

    We are in charge of the design and execution of the event decor.

    Services include:

  • Initial meeting to understand your vision and expectations
  • Assistance with theme and decor style selection
  • Design and decor plan of the chosen site
  • Design of centerpieces, arrangements and other needed table top items
  • Assistance with linens, chair covers and furniture rental
  • Contact all vendors and set a schedule for delivery according to venue rules
  • On site set up and tear down of decor
  • Additional delivery, transportation and staff fees may be required according to the design complexity
  • Optional Add-On to Dazzle package: This package could be supplemented with consultation/s to guide you through the planning process.

    Pizzazz:Full event management. Planning, design and decor and coordination.

    Services include:

  • Venue finding
  • Theme selection
  • Design and decor plan of the chosen site
  • Assistance with the design of invitations, programs and menu cards
  • Vendor recommendation
  • Recommended vendor meetings scheduling and attendance
  • Renting tables, chairs & linens
  • Finding quality catering to suit all tastes
  • Assistant with menu selection
  • Finding music, entertainment or DJ
  • Budget management
  • Detailed timeline for the event day to be sent to the client and vendors prior to the event
  • Inform all vendors about venue procedures, arrival times and/or any changes that may occur
  • Onsite coordination and management of event
  • Additional delivery, transportation and staff fees may be required according to the design complexity
  • Fees for each package vary according to size and complexity of the event.
